JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Data Intern to support initiatives related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. This role is ideal for a student interested in data management, marketing technology, and emerging AI tools.
The intern will assist with maintaining and improving marketing and product data, supporting system enhancements, and helping the team leverage technology to improve marketing efficiency and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with CRM and PIM data maintenance, including data entry, updates, validation, and cleanup
- Support product and customer data management to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Help identify opportunities to improve data structure, processes, and workflows
- Assist with reporting and analysis related to CRM or product data
- Support system enhancements and implementation activities for CRM and PIM platforms
- Research and test AI tools or automation opportunities that can improve data management and marketing operations
- Document processes and help maintain data governance standards
Minimum Qualifications
To be

- Possess strict confidentiality of company patent, trademark, and business information

- Ability to adapt to frequent priorities and changes within the team and the business
EDUCATION
You must be actively enrolled an accredited university working towards a bachelors or masters degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration or related area of study.
