JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supporting shipping, inventory, and light assembly operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include:
- · Locate and pick parts for customer orders, including parts and suspension kits
- · Package parts orders and palletize suspension orders, including any additional kits
- · Schedule parcel shipments through the FedEx portal
- · Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in TCM for all outgoing orders
- · Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing products
- · Organize packing slips for inbound and outbound shipments to support receiving and shipping confirmations
- · Monitor and manage packaging material inventory; submit replenishment requests to Purchasing as needed
- · Maintain organization and appropriate stock levels of parts in the shipping area
- · Press bushings into replacement torque and pull arm kits
- · Build ALD air compressor kits
- · Pre-plumb suspensions per customer specifications
- · Assemble and package pivot bolt kits, ship-loose kits, hangers, and arm stacks
- · Paint parts orders and assist with painting suspensions as needed
- · Provide support with suspension assembly as required
- · Attend daily production meetings (Monday–Thursday) to align on priorities and workflow
- · All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- · High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- · Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, logistics, or related field (Preferred)
- · 3+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or assembly (Required)
- · Experience with inventory systems or ERP software (Preferred)
- · Ability to speak, read, write in English (Required)
- · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- · Basic computer proficiency (shipping portals, ERP systems, email)
- · Ability to read and interpret work instructions and packing slips
