| Overview: |
| We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Management team as a Product Information Coordinator. The Product Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information across various channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of product information. More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following: A) Product Data Management: · Create and maintain product information databases. · Including product descriptions · Specifications · Pricing · Images · Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across all channels, including websites, catalogs, and marketing materials. B) Content Creation and Editing: · Create and edit product content. · Including descriptions, features, and benefits. · Optimize clarity and relevance for target audiences. · Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging product content that aligns with brand messaging and positioning. C) Catalog Management: · Assist in the creation and maintenance of product catalogs, both digital and print, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information. · Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary product information and assets for catalog production. |
| D) Cross-Functional Collaboration: |
· Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment of product information with business goals and strategies.
· Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on product information standards and best practices
E) Quality Assurance:
· Conduct regular audits and reviews of product information to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
· Implement processes and protocols to maintain data integrity and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or previous experience in Product Information Management, content management, or related role.
2+ years of experience including management experience and/or leading teams on high traffic customer facing digital products
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in data management systems and software, such as Product Information Management (PIM)systems, Microsoft Excel, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
