manufacturing facility located in Elkhart, IN.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for assisting the Dexter Team with assigned Marketing functions and projects. The intern will be introduced to the company’s product offerings, customer support and marketing channels.
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be working on robust, hands-on
projects. Potential projects may include, but not limited to:
- Helping maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Supporting the development of materials such as instructions sheets, packaging updates, digital content for web or email marketing.
- Preparing files for final production (print and digital).
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh ideas.
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign – high proficiency with Illustrator and InDesign specifically)
- A portfolio showcasing creative design samples.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes and brand standards.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
EDUCATION
You must be actively enrolled an accredited university working towards a bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Business or related area of study.
