Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

·          Answers phone calls related to warranty claims, product information, serial tag information and distributor locations.

·         Validates information from submitted webform to assign warranty claims.

·         Evaluates relevant information from customers to accurately adjudicate warranty claims.

·         Enters, organizes, and maintains data information for all warranty related issues.

·         Assists in gathering warranty database information for Quality or Engineering purposes.

·         Submits warranty invoices for payment on warranty claims.

·         Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent studies.

 

1-3 Years Experience in an office or call center environment.

Strong customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Word
