JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager and broader marketing initiatives. This role is essential in executing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating promotional efforts, and ensuring smooth communication across departments and branches.
This position is ideal for a candidate with 3–5+ years of experience in marketing coordination or specialist roles, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Launches & Promotions
- Coordinate marketing materials and communications for product launches.
- Develop flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content for internal and external audiences.
- E-Commerce Content & Marketing
- Assist with content creation, image editing, and product data organization.
- Maintain and update photo libraries and e-commerce assets.
- Marketing Manager Support
- Act as a key resource for the Marketing Manager, helping manage timelines, communications, and project execution.
- Apparel & Promotional Requests
- Manage new hire apparel and promotional item orders.
- Liaise with vendors for quotes, lead times, and purchase orders.
- Employee Appreciation Program
- Collect and process orders from branches.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage shipping logistics.
- Catalog Management
- Edit and maintain digital and printed catalogs.
- Coordinate production, printing, and distribution.
- Tradeshow & Sponsorship Support
- Handle registration, branded materials, and approvals for branch-level events.
- Email Campaigns & Internal Communication
- Build and schedule email blasts for new products, promotions, and internal updates.
- Master Store Data Maintenance
- Update and manage store and location contact lists.
- Brand Communication Projects
- Support rebranding, integrations, and change management communications across departments.
- Marketing Collateral Creation
- Design flyers, order forms, presentations, and literature.
- Coordinate printing and distribution to branches and digital platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Klaviyo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
