housing markets has an opportunity for a GROUP LEAD-Maintenance at our
manufacturing facility located in Seagoville, TX.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead maintenance responsibilities include
maintaining equipment, Facilities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance
with regulations.
Equipment and facility maintenance
o
Perform regular inspections and record findings
o
Monitor equipment and facilities for repairs and maintenance
o
Recommend replacements, repairs, or disposal
o
Perform routine maintenance like lubrication and fluid level checks
o
Ensure equipment is clean and safe
o
Order and stock supplies
Staff management
o
Lead, plan, train, and review maintenance staff
o
Delegate tasks based on staff skills and experience
o
Assist staff with technical issues
o
Inspect work performed by staff
o
Track and log staff time, materials, and other resources
Compliance
o
Ensure maintenance activities comply with legal and safety regulations
o
Observe and comply with federal, state, and local codes, laws, and
regulations
o
Support the Property Manager in maintaining the property in compliance with
State and Federal regulations
Emergency response
o
Respond to emergency calls and take appropriate action
o Be
available “on call” to handle emergency maintenance situations
Minimum Qualifications
Physical
Requirements:
o Prolonged periods standing,
kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders
o Must be able to lift up to
50 pounds at a time
o Must be able to access and
navigate all areas of the production facility
EDUCATION:
A minimum of a high school degree.
