JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Intern to support our branch management team by reviewing, analyzing, and effectively communicating key business information. This role will involve tracking, following up, and assisting in project management to ensure action plans are executed efficiently.
This is a Springfield, MO-based internship, reporting
to the Inside Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, review, and analyze business data to provide meaningful insights for branch management.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Track progress on action items, follow up with responsible parties, and ensure timely execution.
- Assist in project management activities, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION
You must be actively enrolled an accredited university working towards a bachelors or masters degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business or related area of study.
