JOB DESCRIPTION
The District Manager will lead operations, drive growth, and ensure excellence across multiple branches within a designated district. This role reports to the Director of Operations and requires someone who can manage diverse teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business objectives including safety culture, optimizing efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch managers and their teams across the district.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes engagement and productivity.
- Identify and address training needs to enhance team performance and development.
- Ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures at all branches.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute district-level strategies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish goals for branches in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Ensure that all branches deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve them effectively.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance across all branches.
- Monitor expense controls and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Approve financial reports and review operational costs for efficiency.
- Ensure all branches comply with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Conduct audits and reviews to mitigate risks and ensure policy adherence.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, District Manager, or similar leadership role in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regional travel up to 75%

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field; Or a minimum of 8 years related experience.
