ERP Business Analyst

This position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:
Oversees all Performance Improvements of Dynamics 365.
- Performs impact analyses of any new solutions/changes implemented to the current solution.
- Demonstrates industry best practices and how they would be delivered in the solution.
- Partners with Process team for training and driving solutions across the company’s facilities.
Owns being Subject Matter Expert for D365 modules.
- Leads others in small to medium projects within the business to complete project objectives.
- Works closely with users to design and deploy new requirements and integrations.
- Provides knowledge transfer to non-expert level team members as needed.
- Interprets business requirements and manages feature frameworks to solve complete business needs within D365 ERP standards and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Develops and executes test plans for system enhancements and upgrades. Coordinates User Acceptance testing.
Integrates Dynamics 365 within the company practices.
- Bridges and resolves dependencies, issues and risks along with identification of impacted areas through team collaboration.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations business unit to configure and customize D365 implementation to support business objectives.
- Documents all application improvements and enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
A successful candidate will have the following education/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business or related a field or equivalent work experience
- Expert knowledge of one or more D365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Working knowledge of other D365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Experience supporting finance, operations, procurement, and sales in distribution environment.
- Proven experience leading deliverables through the entire project lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Azure environments and DevOps.
- Previous ERP Implementation experience preferred.
