The TWA Assembler II plays a crucial role in plant operations, contributing to safety, material handling, and production processes. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
Job Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: The Assembler II should have a thorough understanding of all products, including part numbers and descriptions.
- Work Area Maintenance: Regularly clean and organize the work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Material Handling: Skillfully operate material handling equipment to move components and finished products.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience and Education
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in assembly or warehouse work is preferred.
- Physical Ability: The Assembler II should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Process Adherence: Consistently follow established processes and procedures at a predetermined pace.
Work Environment
