This is a hybrid role.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, Distribution & Product Management, the Sales Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Management Teams to develop tools and drive analytics. This position plays a critical role in owning and improving our sales infrastructure by interfacing with and building the integration of Power BI and Salesforce.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative contributor within cross functional teams and highly skilled in Power BI, organized, technically proficient, and data-savvy with an intellectual curiosity and drive for constant improvement.
· You will be both a technical expert and build relationships as an advisor to our sales teams and Leadership.
· Finding the data within our sales tools and providing insights and recommendations, data maintenance, processes, training, and reporting.
· Tracking sales trends by product, customer, segment, etc.
· Creating and centralizing processes, reports, and dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce.
· Developing an understanding of product and customer differentiation.
· Providing high quality supporting information and manages the integrity of the data and reporting.
· You will be responsible for working directly with sales teams to identify operational gaps, and marshal internal resources to provide solutions.
· Building strong sales forecasting models and help automate processes.
· Analyzing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships and targeting areas for improvement.
· Interpreting sales data to articulate trends and provide clarity to understand business impact.
· Furthering the implementation of Salesforce capabilities and analytics in Power BI along with other tools supporting the growth of CRM.
· Continually evaluate business needs and objectives
· Communication and collaboration in work that will impact all Revenue teams (marketing, sales, customer success).
· Advising and managing roadmaps to optimize their revenue generation process, with a focus on the tech stack, insights, and operations/enablement across the entire revenue engine (marketing, sales, success).
· Driving sales data quality and hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in I.T., Data Analytics or related discipline.
· Advanced Power BI experience, create visuals, report creation.
· Proficient with Saleforce and DAX programming language.
· Superior analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills.
· Experience with business process mapping.
· Sales/revenue operations experience.
· Demonstrated aptitude to execute sales operations and product management functions, including forecasting and sales process optimization.
· Ability to map business processes, flows, and data models; configure workflows, fields, and objects; and take requirements for other team members to execute.
· High attention to quality and detail.
· Strong organization and communication skills.
· Knowledge and experience with other sales and marketing tools.
